As you are no doubt aware routes into and around London, and all other Olympic venues scattered around the country, during this summer's Olympic Games will be seriously affected. This applies not only to deliveries but also our own collections from suppliers which could also delay deliveries unintentionally. Disruption is expected between now and the 11th September 2012.
The main area of the disruption will be around the Olympic/Paralympic routes and venues. For those of you who are based in those localities or plan to take deliveries in this area, or if it happens to be where one of our suppliers is located, we expect this is where disruption is most likely to occur. We hope this page will provide further information on the unavoidable delivery disruption during this period.
We will of course try to maintain our high standard of getting our products to you on time but it is apparent even at this early stage that some deliveries to customers and some of our collections from suppliers will be affected.
If we are aware of any up and coming issues that would affect your delivery on your chosen date then we will contact you to let you know and arrange an alernative time if required. Some deliveries may happen outside of normal delivery times. We will be doing our best to try and ensure that you get your delivery when you expect it but we do apologise in advance if this cannot be done because of the Olympic Games disruption.
